Procedure for NOC for Registration with other state nursing councils

1. Write and submit an application addressed to the Registrar of Delhi Nursing Council on a plain paper quoting your address, Tel No. and Registration No. of Delhi Nursing Council.
    

2. Attach Original Delhi Nursing Council registration certificate.
    

3. Payment of NOC fee in Cash of Rs. Two Hundreds and Fifty.
    

4. Collect your payment receipt on submission of your application.

5. One recent frontal view passport size photographs on white background with hair tied neatly at the back.

6. Copy of your AADHAAR CARD IS MANDATORY with Application Form.

P.S. The council takes Fifteen to Thirty days to issue the letter of NOC for the respective Council. The candidate or representative of the candidate with letter of authority within or after Fifteen to Thirty days can collect candidate's own copy in the sealed envelope if so desired. The NOC will be sent to the respective councils by speed post. The council does not take the responsibility of delay, any damage, loss in postal transition of the sealed envelope.
