Registration with Delhi Nursing council is subject to submission of the all the documents from Serial No. 1 to No.13.

DOWNLOAD SEQUENCE OF DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED FOR RE- REGISTRATION

1. Three recent passport size frontal view camera photographs on white back ground one affixed on the application form and two clipped on the form ( ONE Photograph attested by employer/Nsg. Suptd. )All Photographs Should preferably be in Uniform with Hair neatly Tied at the back.  

2. Photocopies (duly attested) of 10th and 12th class certificate. (School leaving) and Mark sheets.

3. Photocopies (duly attested) of mark sheets of all three / four years examination issued by Council/Exam Board/Universities.

4. Photocopy (duly attested) of diploma certificate / degree From Examination Board / Nursing Council / University.

5. Duly attested photocopy (Front and back)  of registration certificate with parent and other councils, (RN & RM).

6. Address proof of the nursing training institute from where the training is obtained.

7. Photocopy of both side front & back (duly attested) of the renewal receipt / renewal of registration with other council (if applicable).

8. Proof of being employed in Delhi in the form of identity card, letter of appointment, letter of selection etc.

9. Additional Photocopy of registration certificate of parent nursing council.

10. Additional passport size photograph by those who are registered with Mahakoshal nurses registration council.

11. Fees for registration / re-registration as applicable.

12. Copy of your AADHAAR CARD IS MANDATORY with Application Form.

13. Submission of original Registration certificate for Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as required by these Councils. Candidates registered with Karnataka State Nursing Council submit additional attested photocopy of Registration certificate as required by Karnataka State Nursing Council.(if applicable).

14. Submission of Punjab Nurses Registration Council original Registration certificate along with the Challan (Candidate need to visit PNRC website www.pnrc.in to generate challan and then deposit their required fee of PNRC for NOC in any branch of Axis Bank vide letter NO:- PNRC: -2019/3362 Dated: - 13.5.19) (if applicable).

Registration with Delhi Nursing Council is subject to (i) verification received from parent nursing council and (ii) INC (Indian nursing council) suitability status of school/college of nursing from where the training is obtained.
