| Site Survey |
|
We undertake
site survey, site engineering, and preparation of all
site-specific drawings, site specific BOQ & construction
details. The work consist of the following activities:

Site Visit and Site inspection.

Structural stability
verification of proposed BTS site for expected loading of
infrastructure.

Structural design of foundation
for Tower, Shelter and DG.

Site Report and design drawings.
Activities 1& 2
above will be carried out for all 3 candidate sites for each
site, whereas activities 3 & 4 will be carried out for the
acquired site. |

Foundation work |
We undertake foundation design works for towers both ground
based as well as roof top towers along with foundation of DGs
and Shelter. :The steps
involved are
Ground Based Tower
-
Doing soil testing as per IS
codes.
-
Design and choose between
isolated and combined type footing depending upon space
availability.
-
Offer optimum Foundation design
as per SBC obtained from soil test.
-
Getting design approved from IIT
, Delhi or from the agencies as demanded by the Customer.
Roof Top Towers
-
Doing structural analysis of the
building if drawings are made available by owners.
-
Alternatively carry out non
destructive tests to ascertain building strength.

Design the tower / DG / Shelter
foundation depending upon beams grid and space availability
-
Getting design approved from IIT
, Delhi or from the agencies as demanded by the customer.
-
In case of load bearing
structures , suggest to use light weight towers like Delta.

Civil Work |
|
We undertake all types of civil works pertaining to telecom
sites like :
Foundation works of Roof top
towers along with shelter and DG foundations.
Foundation works of Ground based
towers along with shelter and DG foundations.
Any peripheral works like
boundary wall, fencing works, guard room, toilets, approach
road etc.
Retaining walls in hilly areas.
The various
types of footings executed by us include isolated footings ,
combined footings , pile foundations and L and T type beams for
DG / Shelter foundations.

aviation light and cable.

BTS Installation |
BTS Installation (includes the following activities) :-
Indoor Work
BTS Installation as per layout plan.
Battery Bank installation, interconnection & cabling of BTS.
Rectifier Rack/ SMPS installation.
PCM routing and kroning, alarm cable routine.
ECB, IGB, EMP installation & earthing.
FEP cutting, finishing, sealing, jumper routine,
connectorisation and termination.
Indoor cable tray installation.
Labeling of all the cables and jumpers as per customer
standard.
All work is to be carried out as per layout.
Outdoor Work
Horizontal cable tray fitting, pendulum support installation
and grouting.
Antenna fixtures installation.
Antenna installation & alignment.
Feeder routine, Earthing, weather proofing & labeling
All work is to be carried out as per drawing.
Microwave Link
The following activities has to be carried out for one Hop I.
e. at two different sites to make one link-
Microwave Rack installation
Minilink installation & Commissioning of FIU/RRI/EITI
Antenna installation & IF Cable routine
DC connection to minilink through DCDB / MCB
Earthing of Rack, IF as per site engineer instruction
Alignment of Microwave to achieve required level

BTS Commissioning |
The work involves following
activities:-
- Preparing the BT 3002 cable
from BTS to DDF block with T 43 sockets at BTS end and T 43
Plug at DDF end.
- Preparing the BT 3002 cable
from DDF to M/W equipment with T 43 Plug at DDF end and BNC
Male Connector at M/W equipment.
- Pix Alarm wiring to be done
with termination of alarm points on the krone DDF.
- Termination & Testing of all
external alarms on the Krone DDF.
- NMS Cable termination as per
requirement.
- VSWR test of antennas using
site master test equipment.
- Frequency calibrations
through freq counter equipment.
- Cross connection through Far
end at bypassing.
- Power Calibration & Power
measurement through Digital Power Meter.
- Call & Sector swapping
testing using Net Monitor Software by cell phone.
