Small Scale lead acid Battery Industry needs a platform to ask question to experts and get practical responses. An Engagement platform in form of QA discussion board was developed in php, mysql, codeIgniter, bootstrap etc. A user registration form with user login and dashboard was developed where user can ask question from selected experts and get there response in private or public in free of cost. An admin panel was also build to manage user comments and experts activities. An auto emailer system was developed to send user's questions directly to experts inbox for quick reply. Banner system was developed as a revenue model. Search engine and category listing was added to help visitors question answers database.
